The Northern Tier Library is located behind the Richland Municipal Building on Dickey Road in Richland Township. Richland E.M.S. is a non profit organization that provides emergency medical care to the residents and visitors of Richland Township. In addition, Richland EMS offers nonemergency ambulance and wheelchair van transportation. Civic services such as blood pressure screenings, CPR, First Aid and AED (Automatic External Defribrilator) classes, public lectures, demonstrations and clinics are also available.
